Shipping and Returns

 Please note that processing times may be a little longer than usual as a result of an increase in online orders. Be assured that the health and safety of our customers and employees are always top of mind for us. As such, we’re working with our warehouse and delivery partners to implement proper handling, inspection and processing of orders and returns in the safest manner possible.

What are your shipping fees?

£11.25 flat fee for all orders under £30. Shipping fee is non-refundable.
Free shipping for all orders over £30.


What needs to be included in my return?

Other than the product, proof of purchase is required such as a packing slip or pick ticket number (6 digits) must be included.


Where do you ship?

Through uk.bravadodesigns.com we ship only to the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, there are some areas in the UK that we are unable to ship to including: Northern Ireland:  BT,  Channel Islands Guernsey and Jersey: GY, JE, Outer Hebrides: HS, Isle of Man: IM, Scottish Highlands and Isle of Skye: IV, Orkney Inseln: KW, Shetland Islands: ZE Firth of Clyde Islands: KA27-28, Region Argyll and Bute with Loch Lomond and Inner Hebrides: FK17-21, PA20-38, PA41-49, PA60-80, PH16-50, Isle of Wight: PO30-41, Isles of Scilly: TR21-25


What is eligible for return?

Bras, tanks and camis may be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase, provided they have only been tried on and not worn or washed, and are in “new” condition.


What is not eligible for Return?

For hygienic reasons, underwear cannot be returned.
Final sale items, discontinued styles, and non-apparel (e.g. Washable Nursing Pads) cannot be returned.


Can I return just one or two pieces from my bundle order?

Yes, you can! Any item from a bundle promotion (e.g. BOGOs, tiered promos) can be returned, however the refund value will reflect the promotional discount based on the number of remaining items in your order.


How do I return/exchange a gift?

If you received a gift that does not suit your needs, please contact our Customer Service team before returning any bras through the mail. They will be able to initiate the return process and provide further assistance.


Who pays for return shipping?

The cost of sending the garment back to the Bravado Designs warehouse (Netherlands) is paid for by the consumer.


How can I exchange a product that has a defect?

Bravado Designs will replace a manufacturer’s defect on any of our products within 45 days of product purchase. Defects may extend to clips (that are broken, will not stay closed, or will not open), stitching, defects in fabric and/or trims etc. Some defects only appear with wear. Bravado Designs may replace defective bra merchandise that has been washed and/or worn (provided it is returned within 45 days of purchase). Each garment will be evaluated for defects by our Quality Assurance Department and any garment received that is deemed not to be a manufacturer’s defect (e.g. stains) will be returned “as is” without reimbursement.


Can I exchange my bra for another size/colour/style?

We do not process a straight exchange. You can return your item(s) back to us for a full refund and place a new order. Contact our Customer Service Department to place your new order by phone, live chat or make a replacement order on uk.bravadoesigns.com. Our Certified Fitters will ensure we get you in the right fit!


Can I return an e-gift card?

Our e-gift cards are non-refundable nor eligible for return. Store credit cannot be converted to cash.


How does the return of a product purchased with an e-gift card work?

Purchases made with e-gift cards will be refunded as store credit back to the same e-gift card number.

If a product purchase was done partially with e-gift cards and partially with another method of payment, we will refund your second method of payment up to the amount you spent on it, and the remaining will be refunded as store credit.


How do I return an Item?
  1. Fill out the Return Form enclosed in your order, and pack it with the item(s) you are returning - please note this is not pre-paid.
  2. Where possible, use the original box and packing materials to prevent damage in transit.
  3. Send your returns through your local post office. COD’s will not be accepted.
  4. Please keep the tracking information so you can check the status of your package.

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow 3-4 weeks to complete the processing of returns and refunds, and it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your card. Bravado Designs reserves the right to evaluate all returns before issuing a credit.
